Written communication between us, as far as possible, will be encrypted and information that you give me will be kept in encrypted files. As in any counselling relationship, our communication is confidential except in these situations:

You disclose that you are going to physically hurt yourself

You disclose that you are going to physically hurt someone else.

You disclose that someone else is going to physically hurt you.

It is my obligation under the law to contact appropriate support or authorities when it is necessary for the safety of my client or of others.
Payment
Payment is via Paypal secure payments. Your credit card information is processed by Paypal and is never transmitted to me.

You can communicate with me via your own email if you are not concerned about privacy. If you prefer to use encrypted email, Tutanota is a free service that offers secure email accounts. My communications with you will be encrypted to ensure your privacy.

Location
E-counselling sessions will be deemed to be carried out from my home/office address at 7603 Sinkut Lake Rd. in Vanderhoof, British Columbia, Canada under the jurisdiction of Canadian law and within the purview of my certification as a Canadian Certified Counsellor.

Age
You must be 19 years of age or older to use this service, or provide a phone number and written confirmation that you have permission from your parent(s) or guardian(s) to use the service.

Session Type Options
