TRE - Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises
TRE is a gentle and effective method of calming and balancing the nervous system and helping one's body/mind to cope more effectively with current and past stress or trauma.
TRE is very simple and can be done on your own at home. However, it is also very deep and integrally linked with the body's inate stress reduction and healing system. It is therefore advised to begin your practice with the help of a trained TRE provider, and then use further guided sessions to deepen your home practice as needed.
