What is E-Counseling?
Electronic counselling, E-counselling, on-line counselling and internet counselling are all different terms for the same idea and they denote a kind of counseling that can be done at a distance.

E-counselling works on the same principles as face to face counselling, but you can do it from the privacy of your own home using a variety of electronic communication methods.

Before I became a counsellor, I worked for thirteen years as an on-line teacher with the Ebus Academy. During that time I found that on-line connections can be very deep, meaningful, and personal.

On-line communication has the advantage of feeling very safe. It provides confidentiality; it provides time and space to think, and it provides a sense of safety for people who are unsure about the idea of speaking with a counsellor.

Sometimes E-counselling is a first step on a longer journey, and sometimes it is all that is necessary to resolve a troubling issue. Either way, E-counselling provides an opportunity to “do something right now” – and with a money back guarantee if you’re not satisfied, there is absolutely no risk.
