Vipassana
Vipassana is an integrative practice that helps to build awareness of mind, body, and spirit, and to bring a greater sense of purpose, well-being, and peace into a person’s life. Though it has Buddhist origins, it is a non-denominational practice and can be practiced equally effectively by Christians, Jews, Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists, Atheists, or people of any belief.
Vipassana is a kind of “technology” of philosophy, or practice in “applied religion” that provides a practical way to learn to practice love, compassion, forgiveness and integrity as well other universal spiritual virtues and bring them more fully into everyday life.
